Alexa’s Catering is Leigh Henderson’s original business; she started as a hard working, hands on caterer, and has built her company from scratch. Alexa’s Catering, named after Leigh’s youngest daughter, is proud to be a long standing member of the Bothell community.
Leigh started her business in 1991 with a desire to raise her family, yet have a career. Since then, she has fed hundreds and thousands of wonderful people, and her list of happy customers, both private and corporate, is long! She continues to cater wherever there is a gathering, and a need of great food and service!

ALEXA’S CAFÉ
In 1995, Leigh opened Alexa’s Café on Main St in Bothell, a wonderful breakfast and lunch gathering place, that offers the community awesome food and service. Leigh is always adding to the menu some new and hip, yet standard fare! At the café, you will always see a familiar face….someone from work, school, church or your neighborhood.
So come, bring your family and friends, and enjoy a meal in this beautiful and warm environment of tall brick walls, white wainscoting, local art, warm colors and comfortable pine furniture. This treasure was built in 1927.

MONTE VILLA FARMHOUSE
In 2004, Leigh bought the business of The Monte Villa Farmhouse, thus expanding her employee family. This purchase was a wonderful partnership of two local treasures: a local historic landmark and a quality catering company. The Farmhouse is a lovely clapboard style farmhouse with elegant and charming features, and was built in 1927. Alexa’s Catering’s staff hosts hundreds of events including weddings, memorials, school and business functions.
ALEXA’S GARDEN CAFÉ
In 2008, Leigh and the staff of Alexa’s Café & Catering, Inc. opened their second café located inside the famous community nursery, Swanson’s Nursery in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. The name of the new café is: Alexa’s Garden Café! Leigh and her staff are excited to bring their quality service, wonderful foods and creativity from Bothell to the other side of the water. This environment is warm to the soul…Enter Alexa’s Garden Café and enjoy the clean glass greenhouse, healthy and lush plants of all varieties, and a friendly Koi fish pond. Here is the menu
